Strategy 1
Our typical end user was often non-technical, so the focus was on empowering them to create a polished online presence with minimal effort.
Strategy 2
The component library needed to accommodate varying content strategies among our users. The focus was on providing reusable components and templates that could be customized to meet each restaurant’s unique operational needs.
Strategy 3
Components must adhere to brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all pages. End users shouldn’t have to worry about meeting branding guidelines, as the components are designed to automatically align with the brand’s standards.
Our users are not full time editors of the portal. We provided team members with pre-built page templates so they start with momentum rather than building from scratch.
The drag-and-drop functionality made it simple for users to add and arrange elements without any technical expertise.
Users could choose from a library of brand-aligned components they can further configure to meet their needs. Every component adhered to the brand's strict guidelines allowing users to focus on content rather than meeting brand guidelines.
