Designing an MVP was an incredibly iterative process. The team consisted of 1 product manager, 2 full stack developers, an analyst, and myself as the sole designer. While the team was small, we managed to continuously iterate and grow the product from concept to reality.
This project was one of my my favorite projects to date. My team members were incredibly bright professionals eager to make a difference. Additionally, our end users were giving us feedback nonstop enabling us to focus on improving the end product over time. Overall, the process of building an MVP is an iterative process of prototyping, testing, and refining. Starting with essential features, each release gathers user feedback, informing adjustments to functionality and design. I loved every second of it.
